Hi, I'm Emma! I'm the baker behind The Bright Bites, and I'm so glad you're here.
I grew up in Boston where I discovered my love for baking in my grandmother's kitchen. After years of creating cakes for friends and family, I finally took the leap to turn my passion into a business when I moved to Austin.
When I'm not in the kitchen, you can find me at the beach, hanging out with my two cats (Sprinkles and Buttercream), or watching sloth videos on the internet. Yes, I really love sloths!
